NEXTSTEP represents owners and investors through the decisions that shape a development and the work required to deliver it. We bring together development advisory, design management, commercial oversight and project management, with the direct involvement of our Managing Principal. Eng. Sam AlyasinFounder and Managing Principal
Eng. Sam Alyasin is the founder and Managing Principal of NEXTSTEP Project Management. A graduate of the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago, with advanced degrees in structural engineering, project management and design, he brings more than 35 years of experience in senior development and project-engineering roles across hospitality, residential and industrial assets. His career includes more than 25 years with Altajir Group and development leadership responsibilities with Empire Group and, later, BAMX. He established NEXTSTEP in Dubai in 2018. His work combines owner representation, design and project management, commercial oversight and development advisory.
