Project context

Fortunato is a residential community in Jumeirah Village Circle with 327 apartments and 30 townhouses, a health club and pool, shops and underground parking.

Our Managing Principal represented the client's interests throughout the project lifecycle, through handover to individual buyers and the completion of snagging during the defects liability period.
