Overview

We act on the owner's side of the table, providing the oversight and advice needed to keep a project aligned with its commercial objectives. Our role connects consultants, contractors, operators and decision-makers, with clear reporting and a disciplined route for resolving issues. We give owners an independent view of scope, programme, cost and risk, and a clear record of the decisions that shape their asset. Where a client formally delegates authority to us, that delegation is defined in writing; otherwise our role is to advise, recommend and move decisions forward.
