Project context

A major luxury mixed-use residential development by BAMX in Jumeirah Village Circle, comprising approximately 551 apartments and four commercial units. The project occupies a 9,629 m² site and provides approximately 69,890 m² of built-up area, rising approximately 29 storeys. The residential mix includes studios and one- and two-bedroom apartments, complemented by extensive lifestyle and leisure amenities.
