Raffles Residences & Penthouses

Project context

Set within the beachfront Raffles The Palm destination on Palm Jumeirah, the residences combine private residential accommodation with the services and amenities of an international luxury hotel — dining, beach, wellness and concierge. The residences share the same building complex and setting as the hotel.

NEXTSTEP provided client representation, design management and executive project oversight for the residences. The assignment required close coordination between ownership and the design and delivery teams, with particular attention to residential quality, specialist interfaces and the requirements of a luxury hospitality setting. Residential interior design is credited to Yodezeen; design credits belong to their respective designers.
