We provide the organisation, controls and day-to-day coordination required to deliver complex capital works. From procurement through construction and handover, we give owners a clear view of progress, risks, quality and the decisions needed to protect delivery. Acting as the owner's project management consultant, we coordinate contractors and consultants; we do not self-perform construction or replace statutory supervision. Where a project is in difficulty, we bring the same discipline to recovery — including, as at Hyde Business Bay, the transition to a new contractor.
