Project context

A major mixed-use residential development by BAMX in Jumeirah Village Circle, comprising approximately 399 apartments and three commercial units. The project occupies a 9,629 m² site and provides approximately 69,629 m² of built-up area, rising approximately 19 storeys. The residential mix includes studios and one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, complemented by extensive lifestyle and leisure amenities.

Sam Alyasin's responsibilities at BAMX Group extended from pre-feasibility and project development to oversight of sales and marketing campaigns, design management and construction management.
