Structural Assessment and Repair Programme — 15 Towers

Project context

NEXTSTEP manages a programme of structural inspections, assessments and repairs for fifteen high-rise residential and mixed-use towers in Dubai. Our role is to coordinate the appointed structural engineers, contractors and building authorities, develop repair strategies, oversee execution and minimise disruption to residents.
