32- and 46-Storey Mixed-Use Towers

Project context

Two prominent mixed-use towers in Jumeirah Village Circle, delivered under a turnkey design-build arrangement.

NEXTSTEP provided development and pre- and post-construction design management. Working closely with the design and construction teams within the design-build contract, we helped translate the client's vision into functional designs while holding to project cost and feasibility parameters. Our responsibility also included construction management of the works through to completion of the concrete structures; it did not extend to fit-out, completion or handover.
